The journey towards ethical and sustainable food labelling in Europe begins!
We are excited to announce the official launch of the Erasmus+ project “VET Course in Ethical and Green Food Labelling for the Mind Shifting Towards Ethical and Sustainable Consumption”, involving 10 partners across Europe. The kick-off meeting was held in Sparbu, Norway.
The project aims to:
- Strengthen green competencies of VET teachers and students
- Raise awareness among consumers, including vulnerable groups, about the importance of ethical food choices
- Promote educational systems integrating sustainability content.
